About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and eager Business Development Intern to play a crucial role in company's success by identifying and securing projects on Upwork. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development within the rapidly growing AI and IT services industry and directly contribute to our growth. This is an internship offering a stipend of Rs5,000 per month, with the potential for future growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively search for relevant projects on the Upwork platform that align with Zonixo's service offerings (AI Agent Development, Ecommerce Solutions, Web Development, Mobile App Development, etc.).
- Analyze project requirements and determine the best fit for Zonixo's capabilities.
- Craft compelling, tailored, and professional proposals that highlight Zonixo's expertise and value proposition.
- Manage and organize submitted bids and track their status.
- Potentially engage in initial communication with potential clients on Upwork to clarify project details and build rapport.
- Maintain a record of bidding activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the founders to understand service offerings, pricing strategies, and target clients.
- Provide feedback and insights on the Upwork landscape and potential client opportunities.
Requirements
- Conversational written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with the Upwork platform.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles is beneficial.
